PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KHC7EO is an alcohol ether carboxylic acid with excellent resistance to hard water and is also an anionic emulsifier with excellent emulsifying properties.
KHC7EO is soluble in water and can be dispersed in oil.
APPLICATION SCOPE
Multifunctional emulsifier for water-based metal working fluids.
Calcium/magnesium and other metal and non-metal soaps can be dispersed in the system when the process fluid is diluted by hard water, thereby improving lubricity and extending the life of the process fluid.
In metal working fluid formulations, low bubble properties are displayed over a wide range of water hardness.
It is used for magnesium alloy cutting fluid formulation and has outstanding effect on improving the resistance to hard water
Recommended dosage: 1-5%
