TE5064 Ash free anti-wear hydraulic oil compound is used to prepare high pressure ash free anti-wear hydraulic oil, adding 0.6-0.8% (anti-foaming agent needs to be added). With paraffin grade high viscosity index neutral oil (HVTS, HVIW) as the base oil, it can be blended into N32, N46, N68 and N100 viscosity series products. The physical and chemical properties of the product were evaluated by the laboratory and the high pressure pump bench. The product meets the national standard GB11118.1-94 L-HM mineral oil type hydraulic oil quality standard, and the DENISON HF-0 specifications of the United States. At the same time, it can also meet the requirements of ISO11158-97, vickers m-2950-s DIN 51524(ll) and cincinnati milacron P-68P-69 P-70 and other specifications, and its quality is equal to the current international level of similar advanced products.

Performance & Application
This product does not contain zinc and other metal elements, and it has excellent high pressure and extreme pressure anti-wear performance and thermal oxidation stability. The anti-wear hydraulic oil prepared by it is mainly used for the plunger pump pressure higher than 30.0Mpa and the blade pump pressure 14.0-17.5Mpa hydraulic system. It is widely used in metallurgy, plastics, mining, and heavy engineering machinery equipment such as: loader, excavator, dump truck, molding machine, press and other mechanical hydraulic system, and it is the ideal power transmission medium, and can reduce hydraulic mechanical wear, prolong mechanical life, reduce fuel consumption, reduce costs, and increase benefits.
Packing, Storage & Transportation
The maximum temperature of this product should not exceed 60℃ during storage, loading, unloading and oil adjustment. As for the Long-term storage, the highest temperature should not exceed 45℃ and keep out of water. This product is non-flammable and non-explosive, and the general precautions for handling chemicals should be followed during use. In case of contact with skin, wash thoroughly with detergent, soap and water. 200L steel drum packing, net content 200Kg/drum.
