Product Introduction
This Half Organic Coolant Fluid Additive Package is compound by additive T1033 and T1035. Coolant blended by this package has anti-rust and anti-corrosion function to the metal of heavy duty vehicle cooling system. It has an excellent antirust function to solder tin, cast aluminum, cast iron, steel, brass, copper, etc. It can meet the standard of GB29743-2013、NB/SH/0521-2010 etc. It can meet the requirement of light duty and heavy duty vehicles. It’s easy and efficient.
Product Application:
This coolant package is mainly used to produce ethylene glycol type engine cooling fluid. The finished cooling fluid can meet the demand of domestic and international products and OEM products industry requirement performance standard.
Domestic standards: GB29743-2013, NB/SH/0521-2010
International standard: America: ASTM D3306, ASTM D4985, SAEJ1034, SAE J1941
Japan: JISK2234
England: BS6580
Features of Coolant Fluid
It is suitable for producing long life engine coolant, and has excellent corrosion Inhibition for all kinds of metal of engine cooling system.
In particular, it has a good protective effect on aluminum alloy, which can effectively prevent the corrosion of aluminum pump cavitations and heat transfer corrosion of aluminum alloy surface.
Good storage stability, the freezing point of both T1033 and T1035 are below -25.0, Stable storage at room temperature.
Prevent scale deposit, avoid reducing radiator cooling effect, prolong engine cooling system service life.

Operation Method of Cooling Fluid Production
Put ethylene glycol into agitated vessel accordingly. Stir and add additive T1033 and additive T1035 accordingly. Then stir 20min. Put deionizer water into agitated vessel. Then stir 10min. Test PH ( Like, the PH is 8.0-9.0 on -35℃cooling liquid). Test freezing point. After it is qualified, add into defoaming agent and pigment.
Concentrate Production
Put ethylene glycol into agitated vessel accordingly. Stir and add additive T1033 and additive T1035 accordingly. Then stir 20min. Test PH (Like, the PH is 8.0-9.0 on -35℃cooling liquid). Test freezing point. After it is qualified, add into defoaming agent and pigment.
