Production and Use Guide

1.     Suggestions for the Use of Compound

The dosage of this compound is 4-5%. The glycol coolant concentrate prepared with 4% (additional method) can fully meet the requirements of GB29743-2013, NB/SH/T 0521-2010, ASTM D3306 and other standards. If there are higher requirements for coolant reserve alkalinity, the dosage can be increased to 5%.

2.     Production Blending Technics

 Coolant Production

Ethylene glycol is first added to the mixing tank, and then the compound is added under agitation according to the composition of the coolant formula. Control the adding speed of the compound, so that the compound can be immediately dispersed into ethylene glycol in the mixing tank, and stir for 20-30 minutes after the compound is added. Add deionized water and stir for 30 minutes to check freezing point and pH. After passing the inspection, add the defoamer and pigment, stir to dissolve and disperse evenly to obtain the finished product.

Concentrate Production

The glycol is added to the stirring kettle, and then the compound is added under agitation according to the composition of the concentrate formula. Control the adding speed of the compound so that it can be immediately dispersed into the glycol solution in the mixing tank. After the compound is added, stir for 20 - 30 minutes to detect pH value and freezing point. After passing the inspection, add the defoamer and the pigment according to the demand, stir and dissolve to disperse evenly and get the finished product.
